San Francisco - October/November '04:
Our resort exchange this year was to the Donatello Hotel in downtown

Looking down one of the many hills at downtown with the Transamerica
Building in the center. |
The "most crooked street in the world", Lombard, with its seven
switchbacks. |
The "Painted Ladies"; stately Victorians off Alamo
Park. |
Following the '89 earthquake, a huge group of sea lions moved
into the water off the end of commercial "Pier 39". They were
really entertaining. |
